Shipping policy

Order processing. We're a small family shop, and we pack every order with care. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. During new drops, sales, and holidays, please allow a little extra time. We'll always get it to you as fast as we can.

Shipping rates & delivery. We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, and shipping is free on orders of $75 and up. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup (Johnson City). Prefer to grab it in person? Choose Pickup in store at checkout. It's free. We'll email you when your order is ready at 507 East Ash Dr, Johnson City, TX, usually within 1–2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once an order ships, it's in the carrier's hands, but we're here to help. Email us at shoplevel10boutique@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can. We're not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered but reported missing.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at purchase.
